Decorating Tea Lights

Happy Halloween! Hope you had a fun filled halloween.

Next week we celebrate Deewali/ Deepavali  -  The festival of lights. I am sure most of us use tea lights to decorate in and around the house. I love using these in the traditional lamps as it saves me the hassle of filling the lamp with thread and oil. This year, I wanted to use few of these on the floor as is. Though I love these, i hated how plain they looked.

This post is filled with easiest ideas to decorate the tea lights. I had a super cute helper which made it super fun.

All that I used is Tea lights (from Ikea), Glitter Tape, Washi Tape, Rhinestones, Used Rakhi (Similar to friendship bands, only difference is a sister ties it to a brother :) )

Just apply the Glitter Tape

Or Add Washi Tape

If you don't want to stop after  the Glitter Tape, jazz it up with some used rakhi.

It took less than 20 Minutes to add the wove factors to the these tea lamps.

Have a Happy and Safe Deepawali.
